Hi DAN online,

I received the parcel today. When I opened it, I found one thing was missing.

The missing item:

Baby allover series pooh cushion

I only received the cushion cover, but no case in the parcel.


My delivery number is 1Z3R5Y360403907561 from UPS.


Please have a look at my order and reply me at your earliest convenience.

    As you can see a "cover" at the end of product's name, it is a "cover" only.
    So you rather get an inner cushion seperately in your country.

    Please understand that an inner cushion is not allowed to be shipped globally, due to its volume and size since policy was changed.

    I recommend you to get the similiar one in your country.
    You can refer to the size guide of the relevant product at the product detail page on our web site for the inner cushion.

    Spam It is a good idea to replace the Item missing with the Item no longer available. This will make it clear to users that the vendor has discontinued this item and is not able to supply it anymore. It will be useful in future. I am not sure that it is good for the users but i think that it will be useful for developers.
